Planning Team

The Planning Team consists of individuals providing support in design, social media and project management.

The Planning Team is responsible for encouraging partnerships, seeking sponsorships, promoting CWM and ensuring financial accountability.

Angela Huang

With over 10 years’ experience in the marketing and PR sector, Angela is the director of Hello!UK PR which specialises in creating culturally impactful marketing and PR solutions that bridge the gap between China and the UK.

Angela is also the Co-Chair of Birmingham China Business Forum and a Board Member of Chinese Community Centre Birmingham. She has been working closely with both British and Chinese arts and cultural organisations, businesses, communities and authorities to connect the East and the West. 

Bill Good

Bill Good

Bill Good Bsc Mech Eng, FCA, gained commercial experience within Brooke Bond PLC. For the last 35 years he has held senior positions within manufacturing and service related companies, which has included TI Group, Sandvik, Marshalls PLC becoming Group MD of Thomas Walker Plc as well as personally buying a street furniture company.

He has subsequently held a number of NED roles, is currently CEO of Diverco Ltd a corporate broker. Bill has a deep interest in the importance of China to the world’s economy and its deep-rooted cultural differences and assists in the greater understanding of the two cultures.

Jimmy Ho

Jimmy has previously worked in Japan as a corporate trainer, staffing manager, writer and editor, and language teacher. He is the founder and editor of online magazine Shared Horizon; a publication aimed at getting British East and South Asians to share their experiences and stories. Jimmy has been working with NPOs for numerous years, and currently freelances as an IT consultant.

Andy Chan

Andy Chan

Andy is a Programme Manager in the Transport Sector, specialising in portfolio, programme and project management. At CWM, he provides strategic direction and community advice. Andy has also spent many years volunteering and working with the local Chinese community. He is interested in developing better relationship between all communities in the UK and other parts of the world.

Frances Yeung

Frances Yeung

Frances is a multidisciplinary artist and designer, experienced in crafting captivating visuals, illustrations, and animations for diverse online audience, whether it’s for marketing campaign or promotional materials.

In addition to digital commercial work, Frances actively engages in collaborative art commissions, working closely with communities to produce exhibition artwork through participatory workshops. These projects are often funded by Art Council England grants, and serve to raise awareness of social issues and instigating meaningful social change.

Xu Zhang

Bridging British and Chinese culture and markets for a decade, Xu is a marketing virtuoso with professional proficiency in content marketing, social media marketing, and SEO. His expertise isn’t just technical; it’s creatively driven, always with a sharp business focus. With a keen understanding of both cultures and markets, Xu offers strategic marketing excellence and innovative ideas to elevate business.
